Studying first piano at the Kyiv Glier Music College (class of Lina Telnikova), in 1998 he graduated with distinction from the <a style=\"color: #aba087;\" href=\"http:\/\/knmau.com.ua\/\">Ukrainian National Academy of Music<\/a>\u00a0(piano class of Iya Pavlova) and continued his postgraduate education there. \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Since 1999 Mr. Bezborodko attended the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmne.ch\/\">Conservatoire de Neuch\u00e2tel<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0(class of \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sylvianedeferne.com\/\">Sylviane Deferne<\/a>) where in 2002 he obtained Prix de virtuosit\u00e9 avec distinction. Also he took lessons from such distinguished pianists as Paul Badura-Skoda, Norma Fisher, Charles Rosen, Joan Havill, Naoum Starkman,\u00a0Halina Czerny-Stefa\u0144ska and others.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <div class=\"dfd-spacer-module\"  data-units=\"px\" data-wide_size=\"30\" data-normal_resolution=\"1024\" data-normal_size=\"\" data-tablet_resolution=\"800\" data-tablet_size=\"\" data-mobile_resolution=\"480\" data-mobile_size=\"\" style=\"height: 30px;\"><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>After returning from abroad Mr. Bezborodko took up a teaching position as a piano professor at his Alma Mater &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/knmau.com.ua\/\">Ukrainian National Academy of Music<\/a>. At the same time (a unique example in history of the institution) he entered its composition department to study with Gennady Lyashenko (composition) and Levko Kolodub (orchestration). Since then a significant part of pianist\u2019s repertoire consists of works of modern Ukrainian authors (including premieres of opuses by Z.Almashi,\u00a0V.Bibik, O.Grinberg, I.Karabits, V.Silvestrov, V.Hodziatsky, Yu.Ishchenko, V.Poleva, A.Shchetynsky,\u00a0V.Silvestrov,\u00a0Ye.Stankovych).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <div class=\"dfd-spacer-module\"  data-units=\"px\" data-wide_size=\"30\" data-normal_resolution=\"1024\" data-normal_size=\"\" data-tablet_resolution=\"800\" data-tablet_size=\"\" data-mobile_resolution=\"480\" data-mobile_size=\"\" style=\"height: 30px;\"><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>As a concerto soloist, recitalist and chamber musician Mr. Bezborodko appeared throughout Ukraine, Switzerland, USA, England, France, Germany, Poland, Canada, Russia, Estonia and Cuba. \u00a0His works have been performed in Ukraine, Australia,\u00a0China, Denmark, England,\u00a0France,\u00a0Germany,\u00a0Greece, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia,\u00a0Netherlands,\u00a0Poland,\u00a0Portugal, Romania,\u00a0Russia, Singapore,\u00a0Switzerland,\u00a0Turkey, USA,\u00a0published in Germany, Great Britain, USA and Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <div class=\"dfd-spacer-module\"  data-units=\"px\" data-wide_size=\"30\" data-normal_resolution=\"1024\" data-normal_size=\"\" data-tablet_resolution=\"800\" data-tablet_size=\"\" data-mobile_resolution=\"480\" data-mobile_size=\"\" style=\"height: 30px;\"><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>The list of Mr. Bezborodko\u2019s achievements includes\u00a0the Marusia Yaworska Scholarship from the Ottawa University,\u00a0the Swiss Confederation Scholarship for Foreign Students,\u00a0Prix de virtuosit\u00e9 avec distinction from the Conservatoire de Neuch\u00e2tel,\u00a0diploma at the Lysenko Piano Compettion,\u00a0prizes from the Joanna Hodges Piano Competition in Palm Springs,\u00a0the Ludkewitch Music Competition in Toronto and\u00a0the \u201cGradus ad Parnassum\u201d Composition Competition in Kiev.\u00a0In 2008 the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture awarded Mr. Bezborodko with the Levko Revutsky Composition Prize.\u00a0Recently Mr.\u00a0Bezborodko\u2019s works have been selected through calls for scores by \u201cNew Muse Piano Duo\u201d\u00a0for their\u00a0US\u00a0universities tour and by the Florida State University New Music Festival.
